1) Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it.

2) Your content

You own the CV/profile content you create. You grant LaunchCV permission to process it only as needed to provide the service (editing, exporting, AI suggestions when requested).

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

4) AI limitations

AI features provide suggestions. You remain responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and truthfulness of what you submit and export.

5) Availability

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
